Katie has been training with me for over 3 years now. In that time she has lost an incredible amount of fat and managed to increase her strength 10 fold.
Katie wanted to do a 8 week cut for something to focus on as she has just completed a strength phase hitting a PB on her deadlift.
Katie still managed to go out and enjoy herself with friends and go for meals while doing this. She managed to lose an incredible 5kg over the 8 weeks.
I’m so proud of Katie, she has a very stressful job and still manages to get two sessions in with me a week and go climbing with her friends. She has gained huge amounts of confidence in these past few years in training and it’s a pleasure to see!
