Online Personal Training

Our online training looks to get you in the best shape of your life if you can’t work with me on a 1-2-1 basis for whatever reason. We will work together for as long as it takes to transform your mind and body. You’ll receive training plans, nutrition guidance and all the accountability you need. If you are unable to have sessions in the gym with myself this is the perfect plan for you.

How it Works

You are about to embark on a huge journey. We will both sit down and discuss your goals together and create a plan to get to where you want to be. This should feel both exciting and nerve racking but remember I will be here to help every step of the way.

I will then create a workout plan around your specific goals. Depending on your level of experience within the gym I will teach you how to perform each exercise correctly with proper form.

The aim is to educate and give you the tools to learn the basic principles of nutrition and helping you along the way to a happier and healthier lifestyle. You will receive daily contact with me to see how you are getting on and if there’s anything we can do if you’re struggling.

I can’t thank Jake enough for all his help. I have had previous personal trainers, but Jake is by far the best in terms of his attention to detail and I have had the best time training with him.
