Robyn’s Transformation

Super super proud of this one for this transformation over the past 10 weeks 

I saw first hand how hard she worked to achieve this

From working a full time job and getting a promotion in that time

Training 5-6 x a week

Prepping her food and tracking her calories consistently

Rob wanted to do a “mini cut” before we went away on holiday and these are her results 

She achieved this by having a clear goal and plan that was set out for her 

She is stronger and fitter than ever in the gym now 

She has way more confidence and has lost over 11 pounds 

Rob still ate out, socialised with her friends and we managed to make this work around her busy schedule 

Proud of her results because I know how hard she worked
