Lauren started training with me back in September.
She signed up to work with me as she was frustrated with her results and wanted to gain more strength and structure to her training.
She enjoyed training and going to classes we just needed to add some structure to her training and nutrition.
She struggled to get the balance right with socialising on the weekend so we set a weekly calorie goal to stay within and aimed to hit a protein target across the week. This helped Lauren to understand that she could still go out on the weekends and still get results.
In between all of this we had to deal with training being up and down due to COVID but we managed to do what we could. On top of this Lauren managed to run over 100 miles in one month and make major gains in the gym when they reopened.
It wasn’t easy but now we have a better understanding on how to manage the weekends Lauren has gone from strength to strength and will continue to! Lauren has also lost over a stone on her journey so far 💪🏻
