James came to me a little bit lost with his training and he was struggling with motivation.
He wanted to achieve a mini transformation before he went back to university.
We sat down and worked out a plan of action for him to get back to enjoying his training and a plan for him to start seeing some results in and outside of the gym.
He trained twice a week with myself and came to one class a week. In this time he lost over 12 pounds and started to enjoy the gym again.
