Massive shout out to D here as we’ve just wrapped up his transformation!
We trained 3 times a week at 6.00am – Monday, Wednesday, Sunday. That’s it.
We switched up D’s training and got him hitting full body 3x a week and he feels fitter and stronger than ever!
D never missed a session. His consistency was the key to his success.
It’s incredible what you make happen when you focus on what you want and not on what’s stopping you.
I’m telling you, Just keep showing up.
Nothing but hard work from D, as you can see the results speak for themselves. A pleasure to coach mate!
No complaining, consistent training. Write that one down.
