Ffion came to me as she wanted to gain her strength back and get more structure to her training.
However, she would always reach a stage with her training that she fell off track and struggled with sticking to something.
We sat down and spoke about what she struggled with and came up with a plan to get her strength back and focused on building better habits which would help her stick to a routine and drop a big body fat.
We began with two sessions a week trying to focus on a couple of movements that she wanted to get stronger doing. Ffion started to track her food and as a result of this she has gained a load of strength and lost a considerable amount of weight and body fat.
This is just the start for Ffion as we look to build her strength even more and eventually get a pull up!
