Michael and Jake have been working behind the scenes on this programme for some time now. We have incorporated all aspects of training into this programme and we are so excited to share it with you.

This programme will be different to any gym programme you have done before as we look to bring together human movement and performance to develop your inner athlete.

After the 12 weeks we expect you to look, move and feel better with improved body strength, size and endurance.
